What is your turn around time?

Most items are customized, so these are made to order. The turn around time is 7-12 business days. If we are behind on orders, the current turn around time will be listed at the top of the page. If you need the order rushed, please email us at williamspaperieco@gmail.com

How much is shipping? 

Shipping is a flat rate of $5 for first class or $8 for priority. All items ship USPS. 

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of most of our products we do not offer returns or refunds. If the item is messed up on our part, please email us and we will work quickly to correct the issue. 

Can I change my address on my current order?

No, I can only ship to the address provided when you check out.

How can I track my order? 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with all of the shipment details.
