We take great pride in ensuring our customers receive the highest quality items. All of our items are made to order after your order has been placed. DIY heat transfers are pressed at your own risk. Meaning we will NOT refund for your mess up. There are NO returns or exchanges. If there is a mistake made on our end, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will work quickly to correct the issue or offer you a refund. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once an item leaves our facility, we have the same tracking information as you do.
